This Privacy Policy explains how All Bank Statement & Passbook ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our Android application (package com.bankpassbook.statement.balancecheck). The App is a free banking utility that provides tools such as IFSC/SWIFT lookup, bank holiday and currency information, financial calculators, reminders, and reference data.

By installing and using the App you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

✓ What We Do Not Collect

1 Information We Collect

We collect a limited amount of non-identifying, technical and usage information — mostly automatically through the third-party services listed in Section 3 — to keep the App working, stable, and free.

a. Usage & analytics data

• Screens viewed, features used, taps, and in-app events
• Session duration and frequency of use
• Anonymous/pseudonymous app-instance and advertising identifiers

b. Device & diagnostic data

• Device model, operating-system version, language, and region
• App version and build type
• Crash logs, stack traces, and performance diagnostics

c. Advertising data

• Advertising identifier and coarse, ad-related signals used to serve and measure ads

d. Purchase data

• If you buy the ad-free upgrade, Google Play processes the payment and returns a purchase token so we can confirm your entitlement. We never see or store your card details.

2 How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the App's features
• To display advertising that keeps the App free (unless you upgrade to ad-free)
• To diagnose crashes and improve stability and performance
• To understand which features are useful and prioritize improvements
• To send optional reminders and notifications you have set up or opted into
• To validate and restore your ad-free purchase
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or abuse

3 Third-Party Services We Use

The App integrates the following third-party SDKs. Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

These providers may act as independent data controllers/processors and may transfer and store data outside your country under their own safeguards.

4 Android Permissions We Request

Every permission below is declared in the App and used only for the stated purpose. Some are optional and only requested when you use the related feature.

You can revoke any runtime permission at any time from your device's Settings → Apps → All Bank Statement & Passbook → Permissions.

5 Data Retention

• On-device data (settings, reminders, calculator inputs, preferences): kept until you delete it or uninstall the App.
• Analytics data: retained by the analytics providers per their default retention windows (typically up to 14 months for Firebase Analytics, and per each provider's policy otherwise).
• Crash logs: retained by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days.
• Purchase records: retained by Google Play as required for billing and entitlement.

6 Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

7 Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to or opt out of certain processing.

• Opt out of personalized ads: reset or delete your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
• Turn off notifications: revoke the notification permission in system settings.
• Remove ads entirely: purchase the one-time ad-free upgrade in the App.
• Delete your data: uninstalling the App removes all on-device data. To request deletion of analytics data tied to your device, email us using the address below.

We do not sell your personal information.

8 Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit and reputable, security-audited third-party providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and limit collection to what is necessary.

9 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
